Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ClearMark AI, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service and lawful use

The service removes watermarks, logos and text overlays from images. Use it only on images you own or have the legal right to edit and republish — for example your own photos, images you created, or licensed material where your license permits editing. Removing a watermark to use someone else's protected work without permission infringes their rights and is prohibited here.

Your content

You keep ownership of images you upload and of the cleaned versions generated from them, subject to these terms. You are solely responsible for having the rights required for every image you process.

Credits and payment

Cleanup features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
